understanding of making a purchase through our company. We want you to have

Quotations & Purchase
Orders:
Generally, we require a purchase order for each and every vehicle ordered,
unless prior arrangements are made. Orders may be sent to us via E-mail, normal
post, phone or facsimile using our supplied form. Within a reasonable period of
time (usually 72 hours), we will answer your request for a quotation or purchase
order, provided we have your correct contact details information. Please be sure
to list any questions on your request form or via E-Mail. 2.
Invoices:
In response to your "Quotation Request" we will send you a
"Quotation - Pro Forma Invoice" with all the pertinent details
regarding your order. We ask that you please check over the contact &
vehicle details to ensure that everything is correct. Please make any necessary
corrections and return to us. In response to an actual "Purchase
Request", we will send you a "Sales Agreement - Commercial
Invoice", which is essentially the same as the "Quotation - Pro
Forma Invoice". 3. C & I Japan Price/ UK Costs: On either of our invoice documents will be the C & I Price, which is the total cost of purchasing your vehicle from Angel Motors Japan. You will not be asked to pay anything in addition to this C & I Price! To clarify, the C & I Price includes the actual cost of the car, inland transport in Japan, all fees in Japan for customs and clearance, and all other documentation and our company service fee and also includes marine insurance for the full value of your vehicle. You will be responsible for shipping charges which are payable collect in the UK or EU along with other normal importation charges such as customs & freight import charges, the UK duty (10%), the UK VAT (17.5%) as well as the fee for an SVA and/or MoT test, registration, road tax, etc. Autotrade Logistics Ltd. is a vehicle import freight company that can assist you with some of the details of bringing your newly purchased vehicle from us into the UK. Please contact Mr. Ian Jacobs in Southampton at (02380) 339611. They also arrange for UK modifications' work to be done on your imported vehicle as well as having an SVA test done right at the port. 4.
Sales Agreement &
Funds Remittance to Japan: If you agree with the
Terms & Conditions of Trade in this document & accept the C & I price as listed on one of our invoices, then either full or partial remittance
of the C & I Price must be made to our Japan bank in Japanese Yen to
initiate an order. (Our bank account details will be listed on one of our
invoices.) If full remittance is made initially, then we will locate and
purchase your vehicle & confirm the purchase with a "Confirmation of
Purchase Notification". If partial remittance (50% of the C & I Japan Price)
is made, then the balance of 50% must be remitted after your receipt of our
"Confirmation of Purchase Notification" and prior to shipment. Once
your vehicle is purchased, shipping arrangements will be arranged. Once payment
is confirmed, this then constitutes a legal basis of a sales transaction. 5.
Refund Policy:
Generally, a refund is possible under the following circumstances:

Shipping, Delivery & Documentation: Once your vehicle has been purchased, we will take care of all arrangements in Japan as explained herein including an "all risks" marine insurance for the full amount of your auto's value. So, from the time that we purchase a car for you, to delivery to your port, your vehicle is fully covered. Our

Any other
manuals or servicing documents will also be included. If there are servicing
records, we will endeavor to give you a brief summary in English with the
auction vehicle inspection list. 7.
The Import Process/ AMJ
Responsibility:
For the time being the import process for the UK is fairly straightforward for
any models up to and including 1996. For any recent updates or changes we
suggest that you contact Yuwautotrade Logistics Ltd. at (023) 8033 9611. Angel Motors Japan is
responsible for making all arrangements from Japan to get your vehicle to the
nearest UK port and to send you all of the
above listed legal documents required for importation. From that point on and
once your vehicle arrives, it will be your responsibility to contact or work
with Yuwautotrade Logistics Ltd. or the UK freight forwarder/customs broker such as
ITS Maritime (UK) Ltd. to bring your car
into the country and pay all necessary fees and taxes. 8.
Quality of Vehicles: As mentioned on our Web Site or advertising, we only purchase
vehicles in good overall condition. Any noticeable
defects other than normal wear will be specified on our documents or
communicated to you. Please note
that all vehicles sold at Japan auction houses are given a very thorough check
& evaluation. Our experienced staff then reviews each vehicle prior to
bidding to verify the vehicle evaluations. All vehicles are shipped true to our
"Sales Agreement - Commercial Invoice". No other claims can be made
aside from receipt of a different shipment or actual loss of shipment. 9. Communications: Please be assured that from the time we receive your first communication, we will do our utmost to fully communicate with you about your order and endeavor to find you the best quality vehicle for our specified FOB price.
